Tamar Mozes Borovitz founded Mapal Communications Ltd. in 1999 in partnership with Nadav Palti.
During the same year, Ms. Mozes Borovitz also joined forces with Mr. Palti in establishing Noa M.B. Communications Ltd., the principal shareholder of Mapal Communications.
Tamar Mozes Borovitz has a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from Bar Ilan University, and has completed her Business Management studies at Tel Aviv University.

Past Position: Partner, Ziv Haft (93-00).

Military Rank: Major (Res.) – Commander of Special Golani Forces, Operation Peace For Galilee (82).
Nadav Palti founded Mapal Communications Ltd. In 1999 in partnership with Tamar Mosez-Borovitz, and currently serves as the company's COB.
In addition, Nadav Palti serves as CEO of Noa M.B. Communication Ltd, the principal shareholder of Mapal Communications, also founded in 1999 by Mr. Palti and Tamar Mozes-Borovitz.
Before the establishment of the Mapal and Noa groups, Nadav Palti was partner and a manager of the consulting and management division at Shlomo Ziv and Associates (the BDO affiliate in Israel), one of Israel's five leading consultancy and certification in accounting from Tel-Aviv University.
Nadav Palti is married and father for three children and living today with his family at "Moshav Yarkona".
