Mapal Communications Ltd. is a leading Israeli investment company with holdings in advertising, media, Internet, cellular, branding and retail. Mapal is controlled (80%) by Noa M.B. Communications, which is owned by Tamar Mozes-Borovitz and Nadav Palti, who established the company in 1999, and Africa Israel Investments (20%), one of Israel’s largest investment groups.
